Processing & Production Time
All WrapGuard products are custom-made to order. Production begins only after you have reviewed and approved the final design. Standard production and preparation time is approximately 4–6 weeks in total. We will keep you updated during this process.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted international couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local partners). You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time

Czech Republic & Slovakia: 2–5 business days after dispatch

European Union: 5–10 business days after dispatch

International (outside EU): 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on location and customs clearance
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, or events beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of Loss
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. WrapGuard is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
