Refund policy
1. Contact for Returns or Claims

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
2. No Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Products
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code, customers do not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days if the goods were custom-made or personalized based on their specifications.
All WrapGuard covers are produced individually to order, based on the specific details provided by the customer (vehicle model, year, color, design, size, etc.).
For this reason, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded simply because the buyer changed their mind.
If incorrect information is provided by the customer (for example, wrong vehicle model or dimensions), WrapGuard cannot be held responsible for such errors.
3. Warranty and Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:
- damaged,
- defective, or
- not matching your order (e.g. wrong design, model, or size),
please contact us immediately after delivery at info.wrapguard@gmail.com.
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 1999/44/EC) and US consumer standards, you are entitled to:
- repair or replacement of the product, or
- a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
All WrapGuard products are covered by a 24-month warranty period for EU customers and a 12-month warranty for customers outside the EU (including the US), starting from the date of delivery.
4. Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If the parcel is visibly damaged, file a damage report with the carrier and contact us immediately.
Without this document, we may be unable to process a shipping-related claim.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and legal reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- custom-made or personalized products,
- items damaged through misuse or improper handling,
- hazardous or flammable materials (if applicable).
6. Refund Processing
If your claim or warranty request is approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are usually issued within 14 business days after the claim has been approved.
7. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with:
- EU consumer protection law, including Directive 2011/83/EU and Czech Civil Code §1829–1837 and §2161 et seq.,
- US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for online sales and refunds,
- and the Shopify Payments Terms of Service applicable to both EU and US merchants.
